Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information VLUM collects when you visit our store or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly and information collected automatically when you use our store, including:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order information: the products you buy, order history and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.
- Communications: messages you send us, and your email preferences if you sign up for our newsletter.
- Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you interact with our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it
We use your information to:
- Process, make and deliver your orders, and send order and shipping updates
- Answer your questions and provide customer support
- Send marketing emails, but only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve our store, products and shopping experience
- Detect and prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.

- Our e-commerce platform, Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout

- Our production and fulfillment partners, and the shipping carriers that deliver your order

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, for example to keep order records for accounting, tax and legal requirements.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Your information may be stored and processed outside your province, state or country, including in Canada and the United States.

Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw your consent, or to object to certain uses of it.
To make a request, please contact us. We may need to verify your identity before we respond.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
